Activities & Experiences at Syðri-Þverá
Authentic nature, cultural and creative activities in North West Iceland. Rooted in landscape, history and slow living.
At Syðri-Þverá, activities are designed to slow you down and bring you closer to nature, to creativity, and to Icelandic culture.
Set on a historic family farm in the Vatnsnes region, our small-scale, guided activities invite you to experience Iceland beyond sightseeing, through movement, making, walking and shared moments.
Syðri-Þverá is currently developing a series of guided hikes, creative workshops and cultural experiences as part of our transition into a nature retreat and activity centre on the Vatnsnes Peninsula.
While scheduled weekend and detailed itineraries are being finalised, we warmly welcome you to be in touch about specific activities, dates and other questions.
